Smartphone iD processes information relating to Users within the framework of the following legal basis (s):

Thus, with regard to the technical measures implemented by Smartphone iD:
- all personal data is kept on servers located within the European Union;
- your password is encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone except You. Only a hash of User passwords is stored on iD Smartphone servers;
- Access to our Site is secured by the CloudFare service, which also reduces the risk of denial of service (DDoS) attacks. The CloudFare service allows you to block IP addresses making too many connection attempts or Account creation;
- administrative access to our servers is limited to certain people duly identified with our hosting provider.
